Return Policy

We take pride in the quality and selection of our products. If, for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your selection, you may return it within 15 days of the ship date for a full refund, less original shipping charges. Refunds will be processed once the package is inspected at our warehouse for flaws or damages which may incur during transportation. Full refunds will only be given to products that are unused, unaltered and in the same condition as when they left our warehouse. atHomeAccents.com reserves the right to refuse any package that is received back to us damaged. For that reason, we highly recommend that you insure your package with the shipping company of your choice to cover any damages that may take place. All Clearance items are Final Sale Only and not returnable. Holiday & Seasonal Items cannot be returned or exchanged. We do not charge a restocking fee on returned items

Return Procedure

• Customers who would like to return an item(s) must first secure a return authorization number from our customer service Department by calling 1-800-377-9182
• Please mark the outside of the box with the RA # (note: boxes not clearly marked can result in refusal of package and/or delayed refund)
• Place in original box with original packaging. Products not in original condition will not be accepted for return

If your item was received damaged we will replace your item as quickly as possible. You will not be responsible for shipping charges. In order claim a refund or exchange for damaged goods, you must call us within 24 hours of delivery to report the damage. Exchanges and/or returns for damaged deliveries will not be excepted if not notified by customer within 24 hours.

Cancellations

Once your order is processed we will make every attempt to ship it out as soon as possible. If you call to cancel your order once it is shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. Please keep in mind that many of our products will ship direct from the manufacturer to you. If you call to cancel your order once it is shipped, you will have to receive the order and then contact us for a Return Authorization # and follow the return steps above. If we are able to cancel the order before it ships to you there is no penalty. Do not Refuse the shipment. Shipment refusal will result in a 25% refusal penalty fee.
